Facebook poster

Hi
I wondered if there was a mod that automatically posted my forum's new threads &/or posts to facebook?
I use Tweetposter to post new threads to Twitter- so somehting similar to that would be perfect.
Does anyone know a way to do this?

I wasn't very sure about that one either. Does it post new threads automatically or not.
Or is it making it easier for people to click on to your forum for Facebook. I found it a little confusing.
