How to set style permissions

Okay so I want to use a custom theme for administrators only.

How would I enable this theme to be chosen and used my administrators only, and possibly change the "Allow User Selection" only be seen by administrators too; I don't want users to see the theme.

I want to create this a private theme for administrators only; is this possible? If so, please help mee. <3

yes, uncheck the theme in the styles and templates/ style manager then save display order. Then only admin can choose the theme, other users will not be able to see it.
