Removing forum header lines?!?!.

i have a forum, and the top half of the forum the layout is perfect, but the bottom half, all the forums, are underlined, and its driving me mad trying to remove them.

the top sections are not, and work fine, the other half works fine, buti cant remove the underline from them..

any ideas?..:o
