Threads Title

Is there anyway to have the threads title always Bold?

Search $forum[title] in forumbit template and put it between <b></b> tags.

I think you may also specify the tag in thread title itself (description, at least, I know allow html tags).

I need a reputation system like this. Can anyone suggest me or help me how to have a reputation system with +/- thingy.
