from yahoo to hostgator,, ANY tips on what to be on the look out for?

is there a way to restore the database from one of the back ups done through admincp?

You ask hostgator staff, they'll do it for you

Important notice: vbSEO is causing .htaccess problems on hostgator and neither vbSEO nor Hostgator were able to fix my problem so far.

Probably best through PHPMYADMIN, i did before after i got some errors from vBSEO. Worked fine through it.
