Profile fields

I have added a user profile field called Chapter. I would like this field to be visible in the Members List. Currently it displays the following fields:
User Name, Find Posts, Join Date, Posts, Avatar, Profile, Picture

I would like it to display:
User Name, Chapter, Find Posts, Join Date, Posts, Avatar, Profile Picture.

How do I add this field?
