How can i put this logo/icon on my forum.

That's a "favicon.ico". Find one you like, rename the one in your servers root to something like "favicon_old.ico" and then drop the one you like in the servers root.

There are several sites that will allow you to use an image to convert images into favicons. Just Google and you'll find tons of sites.
