User tips mod? Ticker?

I think most of my forums users have no idea about all the various cool functions available to them.

Like:

Ignore user function
Subscribe to thread function
How to PM someone

Is there some sort of "forum user education" mod?

or a "tip of the day" ticker?

Does someone have a usage guide I could copy?
