I have 2 domains and i want the forum with same database(like the same content) on them.
Example:
My first domain is site1.com
My other domain site2.org
I mean when a post is being added to site1.com/forum the same content must be added to site2.org/forum on the same time.
So i want
1- how can i do this process as technical?

You would need two vBulletin licenses.

I think from a technical standpoint you would just direct both domains to the same directory on your web server. I use IIS and you can set up multiple domains and/or subdomains for it to respond to. From SEO standpoint though of course your two domains would have duplicate content so some would say 301 redirect the .org to the .com or the other way around mayb..

If your sites are both on the same hosting account, (cPanel) then just copy the config.php from your site.com vBulletin to your site.org vBulletin, presto, now they both work! :D

Only if you have the same modification files in the second one too. or you may get a database error.
