Few Quick Questions

I'm new to the whole vB thing and was hoping I could get some questions answered.

If i purchase the normal vB from:

(the $195 one)

will I have access to all of the mods and downloads from this .org website ?

also, when i purchase the vb forum for $195, will I have it for lifetime ? or will i have to pay again next year if i still want to keep using it

and lastly, i notice that there are not any mods and stuff for vb 4.0 ..........but a whole lot for 3.8
if i purchase that 4.0 license, can i downgrade to 3.8 ?

You gain access to vBulletin.org with any valid license. The new licenses are valid for the entirety of the vBulletin 4 series. There is no extra costs involved in getting updates unless you wish to upgrade to vBulletin 5 (when that time comes). The license also gives you access to any previous versions of vBulletin, be it 2.2, or 3.5, etc.

As for modifications for 4.0, there are none in public view at the moment because it has not been released in the wild. Plain and simple.
