Can I include the User Control Panel Nav Bar in another file?

Hi guys I would like to include the User Control Panel Nav Bar on the left in another file oustide the forum is this possible?

Let's something like this.

mywebsite/myCP.php (inside most have the UCP's nav bar from vbulletin)
mywebsite/forum/NAVBAR????

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want to do. If you just want to include some navbar links, then I see no reason why you can't just copy the html and put it where you want. It isn't in some file though. You are going to have to grab it from a template or your page source.
