Inferno Shout Issue

Installed the Inferno Shout Box 2.5.1 lite on VBulletin version 3.6.8 board, all files in root directory as needed. Uploaded xml file and this is all I get on the shoutbox.

Anyone know what may be the issue?

Do the files have the right chmod? delete all teh files and reupload and see if that fixes the issue.
