Problem sending emails

Its been a while since i have a problem with the emails. I send the emails to the users from the admincp. It shows you that its sending the emails, no errors, but noone recive the email.

What could it be+

PHP mail or SMTP?

Try changing from one to the other.

Something on the process must have changed. Do manual tests of the account. Try using PHP mail.
