Importing Photopost pics into VB albums

Is there any method--including manually moving photos--to move all Photopost images under the management of VB albums?

I'm not even looking for a script--just basic instructions on how to move photos around in FTP between directories and have the VB album system recognize. Anyone?

I'd be interested in the answer to Pierguy's question, if someone has an answer. Actually, I'd be very interested in an automated solution if there is one available. We're considering moving to VB's albums and are determining how to deal with the thousand or so images we have in Photopost.
