Help Who's Online Options

I was wondering for this possibility,

In all versions either we complitely disconect this or have it on for everybody.
Is there is a mod that i can choose who can see Online users and what are they doing ??

I do not mind that they can see who is on line bar but i do mind to click on the whos on line button .

You are talking about seeing users listed on the Who's Online page - online.php? That is a usergroup options (Can View Who's Online).
