Currently Active Users problem Help

im having some problems with the users currently on line been shown correctly could some 1 suggest a fix for this pls, they are 1 long huge name with no spaces

Check the template for the names and see if it was modified.

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.
