Ok im not done but i think it an alright start- let me know what you guys think.

i want to change up the lay out so it doesn?t scream vbulletin site. does anyone recommend any new skins or template mods

o wow yea... needs to be no bigger then 50 maybe 80 kb max....
But anyways, its pretty good, has a lot of forums but they don't overrun as they all have there own little thing they deal with. The sidebar is nice, the theme could be changed to match the topic a little better but overall its pretty nice.
as for the sidebar
- put the garage stats on top
- put current pole above site supporters.
This mod might be something interesting to look at instead of doing it in the side bar.

how do i reduce the size of the file with out losing the dimensions of it?

Providing you have the .PSD you can try "saving for web", that'll save you a few kb's. Switching it from a .PNG to a .GIF is another way to reduce the file size without affecting the overall dimensions. Just so long as your images isn't using a ton of gradients it will still look ok and reduce load times :):up:
