Template 2 default template/skins installed

I currently have the default vBulletin theme installed. Now is it possible if I download it to install a second version, if so how would I do this ?

You may export (download) a style and then import (install) the same style but give it another name. Take a look at the manual (link in my sig) and look through the Styles section.
