Show users last post in a thread

My forum used to show a users last post with a black arrow in the SHOW THREAD view. If one posted in a thread there would be a arrow in the thread view they could click on and it would take them top thier last post in that thread. I would love to get that back on my site.

I remember that, where did that go? Its a pain to enter a post and search where you left off after a hundred people posted after you.

Why is no programmer chimin gin on this? I am shocked that no one knows about this one.
