Other forumdisplay

I have seen a forum (http://forums.animeyukai.com/index.php) that has an other forumdisplay than normal vBulletin forums.

There are the last post and the threads and posts info horizontal and not vertical.
How can I do that at my forums?

I know it has something to do with

<td class="thead">$vbphrase[posts]</td>
