Hi

One of my moderators created a social group. How can he make that group private and not to be seen by everybody?

It all depends on the permissions you have given the usergroups. Have you taken a look in the manual on how to do this? Social Group Options (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/vboptions_group_social_groups) and Usergroups > Social Groups
