How to edit admin cpanel to show my own logo

Where can i find the template to edit the admin cpanel? I want to replace the vbulletin image with my own logo.

I ask here because vbulletin.com support forums are down.

right click on the logo to see where it is, then upload your new logo to the same place.

Ya, I know that much but its in a GIF format and my logo as a GIF is horrible looking. So I wanted to change it to PNG.
