Order List not showing

I am working on my first vbulletin style. I have a problem when someone makes a post with a order list in it the order list numbers do not show. They show in the text editor when making the post but not when viewing the post.

Can anyone help and point me in the direction to try and fix this.

Check your CSS, it might have some ul,li declaration which remove numbering.
