Which script\JS should i use to make my forum to "Read Only" So members can't post posts and open threads?

Turn off your forums in vboptions > turn your board on/off

But i want them to be able to view the forum, the threads but not post anything.

In your ACP go to Forum Manager

For the forum you wish to prevent posting -> Click the go button = edit forum
Posting Options -> Forum is Open = No
(Set this to 'No' to prevent any new posts being made in this forum)

Huh look, i want to "shut" my all board and i have like 120 forums.
i saw once a script in js i think that make user only able to view and not to post , like to do a "Read Only" and now i'm looking for this script.

In that case you ought to use the Usergroup permissions for any group you wish to deny posting....

Can Post Threads = NO
Can Reply to Own Threads = NO
Can Reply to Others' Threads = NO
Can Edit Own Posts = NO
