We have a group which goes through a joining process on my forum and we give them a certain avatar and sig so mods know who is in traning and who isn't (those with their own avatars)

Is there a way to disabling the changing of avatars and sigs on certain users or possibly a way to set it up as a secondary usergroup so that they are unable to change it?

Thanks in advance.

AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager Your Group

Now scroll to Picture Uploading Permissions and set your options there.
For signatures, it will be right below those options.

OR You can edit thier profile and scroll down to the bottom, you will see "Keep Custom Profile Pic" and so on.

Can I do this to 1 individual? Lets say I want someone to have certain avatar for x days as a punishment. How can I disable the user to change avatar?

Edit User Profile>Admin Overide Options>Keep Custom Avatar/Custom Profile Pic

Other than that I would suggest making a particular group for it like mentioned earlier. This way you won't have to keep doing it in future but just add a particular member to that usergroup.

Admincp>UserGroups>Add New Usergroup>Picture Settings
