OK so many people post about this and myself included couldn't get support so I thought I'd try and help you out fixing it.
There could be a couple of reasons.
1. The gamedata folder contents has been deleted, which can happen and there is a thread already on how to save your folder incase this happens. If you don't have the gamedata folder saved which saves these games then I am sorry but you will need to re-install.
2. If you see that your gamedata folder still has all contents then try this which was my problem.
Make sure that the folder is set to CHMOD 777
(How do I do this?) In your FTP right click and go to permissions and set it there by typing that number in.
(It wont let me type number and save?) Some FTPs allow you to tick boxes.. Each game folder in gamesdata folder can be checked by right clicking the folder of that game and checking the permisson.. if NOT 777 then change it..
All boxes ticked = CHMOD 777 if they aren't ticked do so. Then go test game it should now save the score.
If you still have trouble check your other arcade folders it might be something small like the CHMOD in them too.
