vBulletin Forums/Threads not opening properly - Cache Problem?

Hello,

I have installed vB 3.8.4 yesterday. Today while surfing on forum I found that threads are not showing latest posts/forums not showing latest threads. I have to refresh each and every forum or thread to get latest posts.

Is this cache problem? Or browser problem? ( I have tried with Firefox 3.5.3, IE 8, Google Chrome, Safari 4 - Maybe it cache problem )

Please guys anybody help me! I can't refresh all the pages all the time .. My members are complaining about it ...

Almost sounds like a server problem. Do you have a test username/password and a site link so we can see what it up? I can't really tell from your description what is going on.
