All DropDown Menus Not Working?

I don't know what happened to my forum, but all of the sudden all kinds of dropdown menus on navbar or on thread tools or anything which has dropdown menus stop working, whenever I clicked on them, nothing happen.. Can anyone provide me with a solution?

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
