Attatchments As Posts?

Its like : Attatchments As Posts
I have .txt file in Attatchment
Screen @ txt file:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/10/38.jpg


Then when i post it on forum its shows (before):
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/10/39.jpg


But i need it to shown as (after):
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/10/40.jpg

Also is good when it allow to smile/BBcode.
