Does anyone have any recommendations for a good Vbulletin Custom Skin company or team?

see if you go to a company they will charge huge amount of money like their budget will be of like $150 +

but if you buy themes which are present and ask someone to customize it to your own needs it will cost you say not more than 100$

or if you appoint some one here to do the job it will again cost you around 100 - 150$

These are for all nominal customized skins only
huge customized skins will cost you dearly :D
