Missiing Last Post Function

Before going to 3.8.4 my forum had the hack that would show the black arrow in a thread view for a poster. If they had posted in the thread the arrow would show and they could click on it and take them to their last post in that thread. How can I get that back?

Did you upgrade the forum or had a clean re-install?
My best guess would be that its missing the arrow in your image folder. If you provide the site link, I can have a look :)

yesfans.com is the site. I did an upgrade. I do have a virgin copy of the vb loaded, no arrow there either.
