Forum layout question

I've been looking for a plugin which sets my forum with a layout that is similar the forum below.

http://na.aiononline.com/forums/

I already have Cyb's sub-fourm manager installed but I'm really looking to change the main forums as well rather than just the sub-forums. Does anyone know where I can find one?

do a search for forums arranged columns its an older mod, but it works fine with 3.8
