as i said my header is really a mess and i want to arrange it.

i want to remove some of them(like FAQ) and relocate the other(like New Posts and ....) to "Quick Links"

Edit your navbar template, wrap this around code you dont want to see:
<!-- text to remove like a link to FAQ -->
If you want to move the new posts link, you will need to find the code to "new posts" else " todays posts" and move it lower in the template to the quick links area, make sure you change the vbmenu_control to the new one in the quick links area as it differs.

Moving the login/logout from the navbar to your own header (single sign on) could also be an option.

That looks great, did you do all of that (including the buttons for facebook etc.) with the Top Nav Bar mod?
