I wish to personalise my "logged in" parts, but have no clue how to..

When I say logged in parts, i mean like vB.org has
Welcome, Dan!. You have 0 unread messages; Total 7.
You last visited: Yesterday at 20:41; You Have 4,614 Unread Posts.

and I want mine to be personlised like the following..

Welcome back, USERNAME

Your last login was at, TIME on DATE
You currently have:
0 Unread Private Messages
3 New Profile Comments

If anyone could do this for me, or tell me how to do it, then id be very grateful!
Cheers,
Dan!

In Phrase Manager:
Search: welcome_x_link_y
In the textbox: Welcome back, {1}.

Search: last_visited_x_at_y
In the textbox: Your last login was at, {2} on {1}

As for the other ones, I can help you if you want to edit styles and get rid of the vbphrases and make them 'static' (Meaning it wont transfer over styles, unless you manually change all your styles template).

I'm pretty new to template changes so let me know if it doesnt work!

@Dean
Parent Style: Default
Child Style of Default: test

Any template changes made in the parent automatically transfer to the child styles.
