Reputation - vbulletin 3.7.2 --Are there limits?

I don't use this but apparently members do. I got a message from one member asking why he's been limited to the amount of rep he can add to any one member.

He said he's getting a message noting he has to spread the reputation around before he can give more rep to the same members.

Is there a way to turn off limits?

AdminCP --> VBulletin Options --> User reputation options.

You can change how many times people have to spread rep too before they can give it to the same person, and various other options.
