vBulletin to protect a non vBulletin HTML page?

I've searched for a plugin, but can't find one. Is it possible to use vBulletin to protect a non vBulletin HTML page? Ideally I'd like to include an iframe in my forum that is only visible to vBulletin users.

To "protect" a page? I don't know what you mean by that. If you are talking about applying vbulletin permissions to the page, you will need to create a php page to do that, not a static html page.
