It says line 26 is missing, and it is. I have downloaded a new one, and uploaded it, but still no line 26.
Can someone be kind enough to post line 26?

Which vB version? On which page are you getting that error ?
Please paste the complete error message that you get.

It is the newest one. with the patch thing.

eval()'d code on line 26Indicates that the error is coming from a modification. (And, functions_zseo.php most probably belongs to Zoints SEO.)
Make sure that this particular file exists in your /includes/ directory.
