I have been getting complaints from several members that when they login to my site vb says they have logged in but when they try and post they are prompted to login again. I have also noticed that if I login and then close the browser and then after a short period of time try to access my site again I have been logged out.

How can I fix these issues

Check your cookie domain and cookie path settings. These can be found in the Admin CP. Also check that the session timeout is not too low.

What should it be set too?
