Members List MOD

I need the members list MOD for my site. I would appreciate if anyone could give me the MOD to it.

I like it exactly like the one in vBulletin.org...

this is not a real mod after I went to attempt this. You can acomplish those settings through
Admin CP >> Vbulletin options >> Member listing options.

I took a picture of how to get to the settings.

I also took a picture of the options you want to to allow and not allow.
