i want to know is there any mod or any option to disable quote in certain forum....if there is then please let me know i desperately need it

There is no option to do this. You can try a search on "quote*" in "all mods" "titles only" and see if there is a mod (I'm not sure if there is).

Exactly. Try it on your test site and see if it works. Or read the thread and see if anyone has mentioned it working on your version of vbulletin.
