Change urls

HI!,
When I installed my forum, install it in the folder /vbulletin.
ie all URLs are http://www.xxxxx.com/vbulletin/xxxxxx
To expedite the url to be indexed better, I plan to install the forum in the root folder to remove that /vbulletin/ the address, what really spare.

Well, I want to know is whether there are ways to do it without losing my url, which means that those who enter do not put http://www.xxxxx.com/vbulletin/blablabla not found, if the redirect http://www.xxxxx.com/blablabla

Yes, its very possible, you would just have to create an htaccess file with a 301 redirect
