installing new theme.. what about the mods?

Im installing new theme, and i know that when i install some mod, its updating the templates..

Should i have a problem and i will need to install all the mods from the beginning ?

If it automatically makes changes to the templates, you may not have to. If there were manual edits that you had to make to the templates, then yes, you would have to go in and redo those edits.

Erm ... every modification is installed manually.

You will need to go through your install instructions and if the instructions say something like "Find this line in the template and add above it.....", then that means you will have to make the changes manually.
