Redirect after posting

How do I make a redirect page saying
"Thank you for posting Click here to see thread Click here to see forum Click here to go back to home page...etc"

Any help would be appreciated

I don't think you would wan't that read this
Enabling this option will remove the update pages that are displayed after a user makes a post, starts a search, etc. These pages provide assurance to the user that their information has been processed by the forum. Disabling these pages will save you bandwidth and may lessen the load of the forum on your server.
But its listed here
AdminCP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options

Exactly

I want those pages to be permanent rather temporary
and I want to have the ability to tweak them, such as adding links and codes

So I still want the update pages but rather than redirecting back to the thread automatically to stay static until the user click on the link

AdminCP > Language & Phrases > Phrase Manager

Look around for what you want. ;)

Yes,
But that would still show these pages for few seconds, they will not be landing pages they redirect you to the thread where users have posted
