?Upload the content placed on the cpstyles file of the attachment on your forum /cpstyles
?Before you login into your CP go to Options and select oranged
?Please click INSTALL, if you install this style.

This would be the first time I've ever installed a AdminCP skin, when selecting 'options' on the logging screen of the AdminCP, I don't see the theme 'oranged', what could be the cause of this?

little old but for u or new users
go to your admin panel
look for the usergroups go to permissions there u click your name and set what theme u want
