Well its a Gamer forum, Arcade, XBOXLive Leaderboard. Recent news for all game platforms from www.gamespot.com. Barely any activeness but alot of good Gaming News. Got some good tabs, Easy navigation :D Maybe filling the tutorials soon in the future. Looking for some help with it too. The skin is what i first used long ago, thought i'd bring it back as some of my old members loved it. Looking for some suggestions :D

The style is clean, the top links dont work and leads me to error / blank page that does not exist,

the tabs for the forum work well,

if you work on the top links and probably use buttons for them and make sure they link to a live page then it will all work well for you.

hope this helps

Thanks for that, the top links work fine for me. Leads me to the categories.
Well i removed them, dont think they are needed.

Looks good. :)

I'd consider changing the style though, I don't like it a whole lot.

The Futuris one is bad too. You need to hire a custom stylist, or at least find one to suit your forums.

Probably if i have a custom style, you might think its bad aslo. :p

Personally, the 'Cube Futurious' skin most suites your forum. Don't change the style just because one person doesn't like it, but, you might want to touch it up yourself, for example: Adding some links, adverts, changing some colours etc.

I love your forum structure. The tabs most defiantly suit your forum. I got rid of them on mine and I regret doing it. Your forums might be a little inactive, but at least I'm not staring at a bunch of empty forums; you have kept them simple and to the point.

For the time being, you may want to change your title, make it more SEO Friendly. For example:

Video Games Forum | PC, Wii, Xbox etc... forums | Game Reviews | Game Articles

I also own a gaming forum, and if you want, we could affiliate?

I know the Futuris is nice, cost me $2.99 :) I don't " touch up skins " i just might mess it up. :p
I do have advertisements on my site. I'd be happy to affiliate with you :D Sign up and pm me
the stuff. Im the person with the same avatar. Just recently upgraded to 3.8.4 this morning.

I found the theme difficult to read - the text colors and the background colors blend in with each other too much.

Hmmm i like the idea of the website but because your competing against gaming websites you will need to have alot of information, a lot of unique ideas. Here are some of my ideas

- Get a new theme
- Make a graphics section
- get a nice high quality banner
- add a tournament section
- find about 5-10 popular gaming forums and spend a full day on each, and wright a list of everything you feel they should have on there forums, and add it to yours
- have a few friends mozy around the forum, give ideas etc.
- gamerz are into media, they want a place to post and view pictures and videos
- the button that appears to go to the top of the page is not very appealing

Check out 8wayrun.com thats a great gaming website, get some ideas from them
