How to add 2nd admin with limited access

Hello every one i want to know is there any way i can add a 2nd admin but with limited access to admin cpanel i mean to say just have access some options not to all option in admin cpanel like he can make new forum , mannage members , manage members titles etc etc so please let me know if there is a way please explain how to do this Thanks in advance

You can visit the member's profiel the click on edit user profile. After that change the usergroup to Administrator. When its saved you will see Update Administrator Permissions. Click that and set your options.
