Fresh Start

If anyone has any advice, please share!
I am desperate to start my forum new.
I am looking for a new ulr and a new title for my board and I want to start a brand new forum (so delete everything off the board I have now, besides vbplaza)...
I have NO clue how to even start this process or if its possible...
Guide me please :)

My advices for you are :
1. vBseo
2.A website that contains DOWNLOAD OF EVERYTHING its the most searched thing at GOOGLE and gives you the all traffic.
3. Those are my advices, if I'll start a new community This is what i'm going to do.
