Need Help editing a certain width

well i have a certain fixed skin, and i need to edit the width of a certain part and i cant seem to find it;;

heres what i need to edit;;

as u can see his name is comming out the damn box:mad:

Increase the size of avatars in usergroups to a larger size like 180 X 180 ;)
