REQ: Logo

I'm looking for help designing a logo for my new forums "torontomaplelaughs.com"

I'd like to replace the "O"s" in Toronto with laughing mouths/lips (no faces), and remove "Leafs" and replace it with "Laughs" (Laughs in red text)

This logo below its the one I'd liked used.

The banner size that is going to be on is 1024X129 which will include some fans laughing and pointing at the logo, along with some other filler (IE: players, MLG, ACC and Leaf related images)
