PHPmy Admin keeps timing out on me

This is from the manual regarding restoring via phpMyAdmin:
Warning:
There are sometimes file size limitations on importing a database backup this way. If your database is too large, you might encounter PHP timeout errors. In that case, you will need to attempt to restore your database via SSH/Telnet.
If you don't have shell access, you may be able to use one of these scripts:
MySQLDumper (http://www.mysqldumper.de/en/index.php)
MySQLHotxcopy (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=134821&highlight=mysqlhotcopy)
Bigdump (http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php)
However, if you still have timeout issues, you will have to ask your host for help.
